How to Turn Off Find My iPhone Directly from Your iPhone

- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name at the top of the display.
- Tap iCloud.
- Scroll down to Find my iPhone and tap it.
- Toggle off Find my iPhone and enter your Apple ID Password. Send Last Location will be automatically turned off.
How Do I Turn Off Find My iPhone from the Find My iPhone App?

Make sure you’ve backed up all your data and settings before undertaking this process!

- Tap the Find iPhone icon.
- You’ll be asked to enter your password again; Apple really tries hard to keep your devices secure!
- Tap on the All Devices menu at the top of your screen, then select the device you’d like to disable Find my iPhone on.

Once you have a new iPhone, don’t forget to turn on Find My iPhone again in case you ever need to find it!
